The Summer Solstice is a time to celebrate life and light. Join us for a meditative forest bathing experience as we reconnect with nature, ourselves, and our She Ascends sisters to welcome the season of sunshine. This gathering will include a light lunch, tea, and snacks aligned to forest bathing and meditation sessions. Our guide Kathleen Donabauer studies meditation and is a certified forest bathing guide.
