She Ascends is a women's hiking group that comes together once a month to hike in and around Central Minnesota.
Three times every year, we also take our adventures a little further and visit various Minnesota State Parks. We invite you to
​join our intergenerational hikes for women and build relationships with women of all ages and backgrounds.

Membership

The She Ascends annual membership fee is $35. This membership gives you access to:
