Thank you for your curiosity in finding out more information on She Ascends powered by HIKEhoppers She Ascends is a women's hiking and wellness group. It is grounded in the understanding that we can unapologetically clear space on our calendar for more unplugged activities with the understanding that we are able to give more to others when we take care of ourselves first. We invite you to join a very special group of women - find support, give support - as we all work on creating the best versions of ourselves.
MEET-UP HIKES help you start hiking with others who also enjoy nature. They are designed to get you outside, active, and connected to other women. There are 3 regional groups - you join the region you live in but you can hike with all regions! Connect with NATURE
ALL the hikes are free to our members. Our membership dues are $40.00 a year. These dues help the efforts of running She Ascends.
Set your pace and find your peeps! Follow a specific hiking guide or try out a variety of hikes.
